Creates a file atomically
Description
Creates a file atomically by first creating and writing to a temporary file which is then renamed.
Usage
## Default S3 method:
createFileAtomically(filename, path=NULL, FUN, ..., skip=FALSE, overwrite=FALSE,
backup=TRUE, verbose=FALSE)
