a zero limit number

pena

list of functions to be used as smoother

initialisation method over the dual dimension

vsmin

zero limit for singular value

limit number of iteration

boolean playing a verbose role

string pointing a destination of file output

boolean to show the summary or not

testvar

threshold control for minimum percent of variability explained

integer giving the number of components to fit
