Description

A subset of the pbc data provided by package JMbayes2 used only to illustrate the functions.

## 'pbc_subset' A data frame with 336 observations and 10 columns:

Subject id.

survtime

Survival time of composite endpoint.

event

Composite endpoint.

sex

Male or female.

drug

Placebo or D-penicil.

age

Age.

marker

Name of longitudinal biomarker (albumin, SerBilir, serChol, SGOT)

obstime

Longitudinal time.

y

Longitudinal outcome value.

logy

Log-transformed longitudinal outcome value.
