Stochastic Egg Death and Pupation

Description

Daily egg survival is sampled from a binomial distribution, where survival probability is given by 1-\mu_{aq}. \mu_{aq} corresponds to daily non-density-dependent aquatic mortality.
Eggs transition into larvae at the end of T_e.
