Description
Plot retention time deviation of an aligned msbatch
Usage
rtdevplot(msbatch, colorbygroup = TRUE)
Arguments
msbatch |
aligned msbatch. |
colorbygroup |
logical. If TRUE, samples will be coloured based on their sample group (from metadata). |
