Check Julia setup

Description

Checks that Julia can be started and that the Julia version is at least 1.0. For more information about the setup and discovery of Julia, see JuliaConnectoR-package, section "Setup".

Usage

juliaSetupOk()

Value

TRUE if the Julia setup is OK; otherwise FALSE
