DDA Workflow

Description

This function runs the Data-Dependent Acquisition (DDA) analysis.

Usage

DDA_workflow(PARAM_DDA)

Arguments

PARAM_DDA

DDA parameters

Value

This module generates '.msp' files from DDA analysis.
