Remove stem lineages from a tree.

Usage

remove.stem.lineages(tree)

Arguments

tree

an object of class "Phylo".

Value

an object of class "Phylo", if stem lineages were found in the tree these will be pruned; if not then the original tree is returned.

Examples

t = TreeSim::sim.bd.taxa(10, 1, 0.1, 0.05)[[1]]
