Description

Filters the ExonPtnAlign object by locus and exon.

Usage

Exon.Filter(Locus, Exon, EPL.Locus, RefExons, E.Ptn.Starts)

Arguments

Locus

Locus being analyzed.

Exon

Exon being analyzed.

EPL.Locus

ExonPtnAlign object filtered by Locus

RefExons

Reference Exon Table

E.Ptn.Starts

Exon Protein Overlay Map
