Estimated covariance matrix
Description
Provides the estimated covariance matrix.
Usage
 covariance( bdgraph.obj, round = 2 ) 
Arguments
bdgraph.obj | 
 object of   | 
round | 
 value for rounding all probabilities to the specified number of decimal places.  | 
Value
matrix which corresponds the estimated covariance matrix.
