BANOVA.build {BANOVA}R Documentation

Build BANOVA models

Description

BANOVA.build builds(compiles) BANOVA models.

Usage

BANOVA.build(BANOVA_model)

Arguments

BANOVA_model

an object of class "BANOVA.model"

Value

BANOVA.build returns an object of class "BANOVA.build". The returned object is a list containing:

stanmodel

the compiled 'Stan' model

model_name

the model name

single_level

if the model is a single level model

Examples

model <- BANOVA.model('Poisson', single_level = FALSE)
Poisson_model <- BANOVA.build(model)
# visualize the model
cat(model$model_code)
# modify the model code and rebuild
# be careful to change any parameters
model$model_code <-"
